All I can say is.. If I can do it.. anyone can. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, due to fear and by that point, embarrassment for not going in so long. The Aspen Dental office on Pleasant Valley St in Methuen.... would not go anywhere else now. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and accomodated my neurotic needs. I was a mess my first visit, stressed out, tears.. but they all handled me with such compassion. Especially they hygenist, Heidi. I love her. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything that was being done perfectly. She promised that she would not hurt me during a cleaning.. and she was right. this girl is amazing. She comes to the waiting room to greet me as she knows I am such a chicken.. maybe it is to catch me if I try to run out.
