This was my worst experience ever at a spa. I made an appointment to have the hour sweedish massage done and a half hour pedicure. Well i will say the massage was not bad at all. But the person that does the pedicure left before i could get my pedicure done. To sum it all up they forgot about me stuck me in their lounge and after about 40 min of waiting i decided to see what was going on, and boom they were just as suprised as I was to see me come up and ask what was going on. To make a long story short the guy left he did offer to come back but unfortunately I couldn't wait. So I asked for my money back for the pedicure because i did not get it and my card was charged. Well the staff refused and said the manager would have to call me the next day because he wasnt there. He called me the next day with no sympathy at all for his staffs mistake. He was ignorant and wouldn't refund my money all he said he could do was offer me to come back on another day. Well guess what I wont ever go back there after the service they gave me! And neither will my friends, or their friends or their friends etc. This experience was more like hell than heaven!
