I would like to start out by reminding patrons that enterprise commercials emphasize that it is a family owned business and that each member of their team can solve a problem. This could not be further from the truck. I scheduled a mid size car with them for a trip to NYC 3 weeks prior to departure. Two adult?s , and two teenagers 8 hours in the car. The morning of the trip they first called and said they where going to be an hour and a half behind they had to go pick up the car at another facility. When I delayed showed up and when they started processing paperwork they had Mitsubishi Eclipse. I informed them that this was not the size car I wanted or needed and they insisted it was an upgrade. Not when you have a family of 4. The other choice they had was a crew cab pickup, again not a reasonable choice. The people working there did not work on the problem they informed me that that is what they had and they could not do anything else. After an hour and a half on the phone with customer service contacting every facility from Reynoldsburg Oh to Wheeling WV they said there was nothing they could do. 4 hours behind schedule I took my own car, never heard from corporate, never heard from the local manager and brought the issue up again locally and never received a response. USE HERTZ!
