I contracted Barton Carpets to replace the hardwood floors at my home after they suffered water damage. The owner, John Barton, went himself to my house to take the measures, provided a competitive quote and a reasonable finance plan. John spoke highly about his installers, to which honestly I did not pay much attention to at that time. They ordered the material and called me to set a convenient date to start the work. On the day they were supposed to start (Thursday), Endrigo (Barton?s installer) showed up at 7:30AM and introduced himself in a courteous way. I explained to Endrigo that I was leaving on vacation on Saturday morning so I needed for him to finish by Friday.
