Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. First class all the way and best price from the start with no haggling! I went to Bobby Murray Chevrolet in search of a 2012 Suburban LTZ. They found exactly what I was looking for and immediately gave me the best price. I visited other dealerships in the triangle and asked for their best prices( without sharing my current price from Bobby Murray) and no one came close. Of course they all wanted to "match the price." Bobby Murray has the most knowledgeable sales team and they offer GREAT customer service. I would insist you visit them before you buy from anyone else. Ask for Roger Wood.....he can tell you all you will need to know about the vehicle and have you in and out as quickly as you would like. I would also like to mention.....run don't walk away from Hendrick. The worst car buying experience ever. Hendrick kept us waiting, the sales team had no knowledge about the vehicle and repeatedly said "let me go talk with my manager" and they could not find the vehicle we wanted. When they finally located it, the price haggle was so bad we left.
