We recently moved our mother into Buckner Villas, after checking out many of the other full tier retirement places in the Austin area. What differentiated this place from many of the others was the caring staff, the full care services offered (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care), as well as the facility amenities ? including a wonderful fine dining and bistro cafe, beauty salon, fitness center, indoor swimming pool /jacuzzi, bank, chapel, recreational facilities, etc. The individual rooms are spacious and comparable to any super nice apartment-living arrangement in Austin. The facility has exceeded our mother?s and our expectations, and our mother is hard to please. If you are looking for a great retirement place, you should definitely check this place out. It is terrific!
