I thought that the work was fine at the time of the visit.
However, I TRIED to take off the water hose so that I could put on the protective covers so that the pipes wont freeze. I can not get the water hose off. I dont know what that guy did, but if my pipes freeze because I could not get my covers on, I will be sending the bill to your company. And I normally store my water hose in the garage, but since I cant get it off, it will prob. ruin also.

We would like to correct any issue that you feel that you may have with the work done. I did notice from the original work order that you choose not to have the faucet replaced at that time. We do recommend that due to the problems with that faucet that the unit be replaced. Please contact me to take care of this situation before having any further issues with it.
