I can't rate my overall experience yet as I have just recently placed my order but I can tell you this; I walked into the store with a question mark over my head and a very long list of hard to find items. Eric came out from behind the counter and took me to an area where we could pull out the samples I brought with me and carefully went through them one by one with me and took all the difficulties I was experiencing trying to find these items away. I am managing the refit of a 125' yacht that is 25 years old so many of the items to be replaced weren't to be found. That is until I came to you and Eric actually found me items that were original equipment on board that "google" couldn't find. After feeling a sense of relief as well as accomplishment, Eric then proceeded to then arrange for greatly discounted pricing. I haven't received my order yet but if it keeps going the it has been, you have a customer for life (with many friends in the same industry). Very impressed!
