My experience this visit was great. My hygienist, whom I have seen before, remembered me, my condition, and was totally prepared. She was very compassionate and aware of how I add the patient may be feeling and overall wonderful. I felt comfortable, which is saying a lot for sorting in a chair with ringtones hands in your mouth!
