Great doctors and office staff which will keep me coming back. But yesterday my mind was almost changed by a red-haired (she never gave her name) ultrasound tech who loudly scolded, disrespected and humiliated me in front of an entire waiting area for being unavoidably 3 minutes late AFTER I had profusely apologized immediately after hurrying inside. Not to mention I am a first time mom who was there for an ultrasound I was already nervous about as it was. NOT the right way to treat a patient; anyone should know that.
