For a special treat, light an Aveda candle. You will feel pampered and special. Then drink the tea -- no sugar needed -- you will feel calm. The cleanser and moisterizer for sensative skin is the only one I will use. It's a little pricy, but worth it. I also love Shampure and Be Curley. Aveda has fantastic products.
