My friends and I try to make it here at least 3 to 4 times a year it makes for a relaxing and fun girls day out. I have been going to glen ivy for about 10 years and have yet to have a bad experience. With that being said I just visited on the 2nd of January and was surprised to find out that you no longer offer towels to guests besides the mud and locker room. I was not informed of this prior to our arrival neither it seemed was anyone we spoke with. Only two out of our party of 4 had towels. I wish there would have been more notification of the change on the website. This made for a less that pleasant experiance in that moving from pool to pool my towel never got dry. Im not sure why the change was made and I am hoping that it will be changed back before we return know March. Keep up the good work and bring back the towels!
