My bf and I went at the Mussel Pot last Wednesday. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:15pm and it was quite empty. However we didn't mind as it gave us the chance to appreciate the design of the place. The space is really stunning with its modern look and seems a better fit for Midtown. I especially liked the light color scheme and lighting as I'm tired of dining in the darkness at other restaurants. It was very neat and cozy. The hostess and waiters were polite and accommodating. The indoor seats were a bit cozier but we choose the outdoor seats near the garden for it was like a date spot. It’s very romantic. We ordered calamari, mussels and desserts and a bottle of wine. The mussels taste very fresh and the desserts were unforgettable. All were perfect and romantic. I love their garden with a small Koi fish pond. We will be coming back because we were satisfied.
