Waited for my exam almost an hour then the dentist was in and out in under 5 minutes. Then they give me treatment plan and when I questioned the use of porcelain on a back tooth they said they would have the insurance lady do a predetermination . They insisted I go with the more expensive crown assuring me porcelains was cheaper I have two other crowns and no it's not cheaper it's more expemsive. I felt pressured as do others Im sure. I bet people who don't question and just do what ever they say are being over charged and have in necessary work done. I called back on the predetermination and guess what it was never done...... Makes me think! I won't be going back no more assembly line dental groups for me!
