First off, Missy at reception is always a delight and ready to help. Pam offers a wonderful manicure (and my nails are no picnic!). To the management: Only negative is the lackluster and isolated environment in the manicure "chamber." It needs a personality but better yet, I would rather the wall shared with reception come down to allow some natural light!
