I find it very poor customer service that when booking an appointment the customer must jump through hoops to spend money at a supposedly upscale spa. Ridiculous-for the last 25 years I have frequented 3 upscale salons (could it be said I'm a loyal customer?) and have never been asked for a credit card in advance. I spend @ $250/month, but this business made it too hard for me to spend any of that money with them.
