After checking the rates at a corporate place some blocks over, we figured that we would go ahead and reserve a room at the Knight's Inn as it was $75 less expensive, and we were only going to be there one night, how bad could it be? We were pleasantly surprised to find not just an affordable place, but perhaps the best hotel on our entire vacation! \r

I am a big advocate of trying to keep the "little man" in business over the big corporations, and this hotel is exactly why I feel that way. It is easy to get lost in the shuffle at a big hotel, but a place like the Knight's Inn keeps you feeling like America is still a pretty good place to be.\r

P.S. We have two small boys (7 & 9) and the inclusion of a separate bedroom in the hotel room was a HUGE bonus!
