The experience that my family, friends, and I had at The Woodlands hall was appalling. Because of this, I advise you to RUN from this place. The building itself is not terrible because there is a lot of space and decent food but the decor is outdated and, not to mention, dusty. This wasn't a big deal though. The big deal was the management at this establishment. They were not only impossible to work with, but they were rude and horrible to anyone that they can come into contact with.
The owner is the worst of all. He goes off on anyone in sight, makes promises he does not intend to keep, and even talks to everyone as if you, his customer, are inconveniencing him.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I understand that running a business is a challenge, but this is no way to treat your customers.
