I hired Disaster Cleanup Services to perform water mitigation in my home after a flood. They did an okay job, but they seemed over-extended at times, like they were distracted by other jobs. I feel that at times they weren't doing the amount of monitoring they needed to. There was a period of about three days in the middle of the job where the equipment was failing, and though they eventually came out to fix the problem, the job took longer that it should have.
In the end they solved my problem, but I thought they could have paid closer attention in order to make everything flow more smoothly. The directors of the company were very knowledgeable. They seemed confident in what they were doing--like they had a plan--but the subordinates may not have been completely on board. Whether or not they were spread between too many jobs, I don't know, but that seemed to be the case. I think Disaster Cleanup could improve from better communication between the management and the workforce.

This is Gregg the owner of Disaster Cleanup Services. We did have equipment that was tripping the breaker over the weekend. We sent a crew out on Sunday to fix the issue.
