I was a little hesitant about going there after reading some reviews but I must say I personally had a great experience. My laptop was having a quirky internet problem which was messing up internet explorer and firefox. I came in the store with no appointment (I don't think you need one) and the nice guy at the counter found the problem with my virus scanner and some ibm utility were conflicting. They were very patient with me (I'm not a techie!) and put on a free antivirus package for me... ALL FOR FREE! I was in there maybe 20 minutes and they resolved my issues and helped me understand the problem. Highly recommended. Although I'm happy with my current laptop I was eye'in a nice new Lenovo thinkpad they had on display. Mike offered to transfer all my old files free.. if rent hadn't been due that week I just might've sprung for it! Thanks Mike!
