I called to get electrial service on my new home. The first appointment had to be rescheduled and I told them the day they needed to reschedule was the absolute last day I could have them come in to service the home so that I can get electrical covered on my home warranty. So, what happens, they call late the night before and I don't find out until the morning of the appointment that they can't meet their obligation. Not only that, I was then told they don't do a second reschedule, but they told me I needed to find another company to help me instead! Outrageous! I have never had such horrible customer service that I don't even get to experience the actual service! Save the time and stress and look for another company now, they will be asking you to later anyway.
