Let me start off and let you know that the dentist and the dental assistants are great. The service is horrible at the front desk. My insurance picked Monarch dentist for us and we really have no other options until we can switch our insurance. I paid 900 for a crown, they claim my insurance paid 50% that would mean they charge 1800 for a crown. It takes a month to get the crown on and you are stuck with a painful temp for way too long. I tried to change my appointment but they did not have anything available for 3 months (this sounds excessive to me). I felt myself begging for an appointment, but with no response. The office staff does not return phone calls and it isdifficult to contact someone local. I look forward to going to another dentist that ""is not doing me any favors"". Good luck if you go here!
