Do not know whether it was done on purpose, out of spite due to a misunderstanding, but their office decided I had an unpaid bill, which was NOT true, and sent the bill to a collection agency. The result was a vastly negative credit report which has affected my ability to get a loan and find an apartment. The dental work was satisfactory, but I've been screwed and will need months maybe years to rebuild my credit score. Thanks Snow Country Dental.
