The hands on people are great. But, there are always a bunch of women behind the front desk who do the scheduling, billing and stuff like that who act like they kinda think they can treat people however they want. I've heard them doing it while there and heard it being done to me while on the phone. One side of the business seems to be really nice and just customer service oriented, the other side (the ladies up front) seem like they just came from failing cosmetology school and seem to think its OK to treat people like jerks.
