I had a piece of wallpaper that I was trying to match as closely as possible. Sue, the salesperson, took time and effort, and a phone call to a manufacturer and we founf the perfect paper. My husband estimated how many rolls we needed. Sue checked his calculations and concurred. However, we used 8 double rolls less than expected. The store's policy is to accept returns up to 30 days after the sale. I asked them to accept my return 60 days after the sale as they had concurred with the amount needed. The store would not accept the 8 rolls back. This amounted to us eating $480 worth of wallpaper.
