I think the physician means well but he cannot hear you if you understand what I mean by this. If you go in, you're going to have a test. In this case, mine came back after more than a week when I asked how long would it take to begin with, hmm about 2 days. Well, if it did or didn't that is when the chaos began. I informed that it might not be a good idea since I already do not feel good and that is not the reason I was there to begin with, it had nothing related to my visit but informed, it was likely to interfere and it sure did. Constant call to come in and when I was able to answer, an office mgr whose name is Vanessa was the most rude I have ever experienced from a medical office- 1st time in my life. Just avoid this place and move on. The office is attractive but the service which is why you're there to begin with is beyond acceptable.
