We had a bad feeling from Draisin from the beginning. The high costs from testing, the inappropriate behavior from Diane, the vision therapy head, and the insurance fiasco. They are billing us over a year later for balance billing, which is illegal. My insurance says that I do not owe them money, but they sent us a bill for $1500, even after my insurance company paid them.. They are participating providers in my insurance so should abide by their contracts, but they continue to practice illegal billing because Bridgette doesn't know her job. I have had to hire an attorney, and will be reporting them to the Attorney General, the Insurance Commissioner, and the BBB. They are crooks!
