I've lived in this property for about 2 years now and I can honestly say one of the huge selling points for this apartment was my property manager. It's hard to find someone that you can trust is on your side. This is definitely the case with me. Anytime anything needs to be fixed or comes up, everything is fixed and in a timely manner. I love the ease of paying rent and being able to request any maintenance issues as well...I suggest you sang up the opportunity for any available apartment managed by Cincy.
