I lived in my current home for over a year and enjoyed my rapport with the manager. All of my maintenance issues were handled. They even took care of some things that I didn't ask them to take care of. I thought the property manager was very friendly and set a friendly tone for the whole building. They maintenance guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. It seemed like they went out of their way to be helpful. They made sure the jobs were done to my satisfaction.
