I took my German Shepard mix Lucy to Jewel 2 weeks ago because we noticed a lump on her side. Dr.Smith was very informative. She told us that the lump needed to be removed. We brought her back the next day for surgery. Waiting for the biopsy results was pretty awful. It turned out that she has cancer, but very it's slow moving and as long as the lump on her side doesn't come back she should be OK. The Dr. Smith and her staff at Jewell were really supportive for us during a difficult time. We will definitely be coming back for all of our pet care needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
