My husband is handicapped, and needed a lot of extra care, but coming to the Holiday Inn, we did not realize that their staff would be so attentive to our needs. Without going into too much detail, Pam Rayton, the Hotel's Head Housekeeper provided excellent care for my husband. Pam is so sweet and caring, and definitely deserved to be commended for her good work! Thank you, Pam for assisting my husband with his needs. It was very special of you, and you went above and beyond your call of duty. We really appreciated it!
