I hadn't been to a dentist in 6 years. They immediately made me feel at ease and not guilty that i hadn't gone sooner. I had originally contacted them through email to set up a possible appointment. I was immediately contacted back and given great choices of available times. When I asked about cost they were up front about the charges and my total at check out was exactly what they had quoted me. The staff is easy to talk to, very down to earth and wonderful to work with.
