As we live on Cape Cod, George was kind enough to bring the truck down to the Cape on a weekend so we could view and test drive the vehicle. Once we agreed on the purchase, any issues we had were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
George even delivered the vehicle to us on the Cape, and went for another test drive with us to ensure we were satisfied.
I have not experienced this level of service before from a car dealer.
We've had the truck now for over 1 month and made a few long trips without any problems.
Overall, it was a very good purchase experience with Bay State PreOwned, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to a friend.
