I took my car in for a simple oil change. No exageration, it took 22 minutes to check me it at the counter. The manager, Harvey, doesn't know how to use the computer and hunts around on the keyboard looking for letters or numbers. I could have gone to the quick oil change down the street and would have been done by the time he finished the paperwork. I would give him a break (i.e new computer system, etc) if it didn't happen every time I go in there. Plus he doesn't have a clue on what's going on in the shop. Ask him a question and he will tell you he doesn't know...fair enough...but find someone to answer the question! Don't just drop it. I told him I got a phone call that my car was ready to pickup but when I got there, I saw it was still in the bay with the hood up. I asked him if it was done or not. He actually shrugged his shoulders and continued doing something else!!! Incredible. I had to go into the bay and ask ""Mike"" if my car was done. I saw Harvey flipping through a stack of papers when another customer came in and ignored him until the guy actually said something. Another time he made a $300 mistake on a bill, and, when questioned by the customer, seemed totally clueless on how to fix the mistake. When the customer got upset with his ineptness, Harvey said ""haven't you ever made a mistake?"" The customer backed off. I felt sorry for him for a minute until I realized this is his pattern. If you want to get totally frustrated, go to Vespia (Mr.Tire) in Voorhees. On the actual vehicle work side, the prices seem fair...that is when the manager doesn't make a ""mistake"" on the bill. Look at the bill carefully before you leave. Harvey can't explain what ANY charges are or why its on the bill. FRUSTRATING PLACE! Good luck.
