We started a warranty claim with Alside Inc over 1 year ago and we are still getting the run around. Alside agreed with our claim and said they would replace the siding but they can't find a company to do it for a cost they want to pay. In the mean time my house looks terrible. Alside never calls you to give you an update and when you call them you just get excuses.
We were told we bought the best siding made and this is the 2nd time they need to replace our siding.
If I could I would give them zero stars.
