Conscientious, planning and executing the work as if protecting their own property, just how I'd have it. That was 2 years ago this month. The system has performed flawlessly, and they have been very responsive, letting us know immediately if something is not right. We could have opted for some of the more affordable systems, and are glad that we didn't . . . you get what you pay for.
