I saw Dr. McKillican twice and I'm glad I did. I've always been skeptical about chiropractors since my friends that have seen them had good results with some and bad results with others. It also seemed like once you see one you will have to become a regular patient. Finally, I was a little put off by his name - j/k!
Anyways, I was getting muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders and back from sitting improperly at a desk all day, and it got to the point where it was really painful and nothing I tried was helping. Since I was skeptical, I decided to first try a deep tissue massage and if that didn't work I'd try him out. It didn't work.
So I called them and I was able to come in that day which was exactly what I wanted. They were all very nice and he was totally fine with the fact that I only wanted to see him as needed and not be a ""regular"". I think he could also sense that I was a little scared and he was very comforting.
He did the adjustments and I felt so much better. The pain and tension in my back completely went away! I still had a little pain in my neck and shoulders so I decided to go back the next day and he did a few more adjustments.
I feel so much better and it trips me out that he was able to do that much in just 2 short visits. Even though I hope I'll never need to see him again (nothing personal), if this happens again, he'll be the person I go to.
I know this review is super long, but I think he deserves it.
