I had an awful experience at Arturo's. I was already aggravated by the attitudes of the employees when I got a look at my truck for the first time. I was shocked! They painted over mud on the fenders, bolts and dents. Too many blemishes to count and two runs in the paint. In their defense they offered to fix it all the while shrugging shoulders and saying that it really isn't that bad. Realizing the severity of the poor craftsmanship I insisted they not touch it. Planning on taking the truck to the dealer for professional repair, I found they had put my truck back in for repair. When I inquired as to why they continued without my permission I was told their policy supersedes my request. They knowingly and willfully continued the repairs in an attempt to cover up the mistake. I was told my request was not important. Never again!!!!
