I have had two cars serviced at this location. Typically cars are not ready when they are supposed to be. I normally drop off the car the day before service and it ussually not ready until 2-3 hours after scheduled pick up time. WHen you attend to pick up car be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes to get your keys and the bill to pay for service. Last time I picked up the car it would not start and the battery was dead because the service technician left the lights on and drained the battery. When they charged the battery they broke the spring on the cargo door in the back of the car. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. It is slow, over-priced and dealership does not value its customers. Unfortunately it is the only dealership in the north end of Charlotte. They are the only catered in town! more
