I will not be recommending this location to anybody, and here is why!
I had a problem with paying my bill and I dropped by the store to make arrangements to pay it. I was not able to make satisfactory arrangements, and was told that I would have to return my rental. That is understandable. However, the store manager who waited on me spoke to me in a hostile voice, treated me like I was an animal, and acted like she was repulsed because I was there. I understand she needed to enforce store policy. But whatever happen to giving decent customer service? Are they too good to give it? Are we less than people because we lease to own? Come on.....Really?
