After calling 3 times. A representative finally got back to me to say they can do nothing for me. Suggested that I call the manufacturer direct. Did not offer a phone number e-mail address or URL. Additionally the person that was talking on the phone was very difficult to understand and did not try to speak clearly or slow down to insure understanding. I will not use their service (or lack of it) again more
