I'm so upset I didn't read peoples reviews before sending a camera off for repair. I had borrowed/broke a friends of mine camera and offered to fix it. The process has taken over 6 MONTHS to get the camera back and when they finally sent it (last week), it looks as though a car ran over it! You can't get service any worse than I did; numerous calls in, no calls back, and terrible excuses for the delays. Please please for your sake, bring your camera elsewhere for repairs!!!
