Do everything you can to avoid this agent. I have seriously never met an insurance agent that cared less about his customers than Rick. \r

State Farm in general has been a great company to work with. They offer great rates and great service. This specific office, on Main Street in American Fork, UT, is quite the opposite. I never got the impression that they cared about me or my needs. \r

I have had some pretty incredible insurance agents in the past, and Rick is definately not one of them.
