I like to get a massage every once in awhile just so that I can relax and get pampered. When I'm in St Paul, I always plan a visit to Ava's. My work requires me to travel a lot so I've been to a lot of different spas.. some good, some bad. Ava's ranks right up there with the fancy spas I've been to in New York or Los Angeles. Sounds surprising because it's only St. Paul, MN! But really, they do a great job and their staff is just so darn friendly, it's hard not fall in love with the place. It's also the first time I've gotten a facial that didn't irritate my skin afterwards. Major plus for people who have sensitive skin!
