This company should be the poster child for how not to run a company. They are rude and arrogant, and totally uncaring about how to treat customers. They quote one price, then charge another. They treat you with disdain and a condescending attitude. Stay clear !! There are reputable towing companies out there. Find one. There's a reason this company is rated ""F"" with the Better Business Bureau.
