After calling 3 times I had to drive to the business address found on google to get her to call us back to schedule a groupon cleaning. Now she says she is not going to honor the groupon and get a restraining order on me! I didn't know it was your house lady! I'm not stalking you, I just want you to call me back! Extremely poor customer service. I realize she is busy due to groupon sales, however, after paying in advance, i would like the courtesy of a phone call if you are going to miss an appointment. Its simple, and fair. A restraining order? All I wanted was to get what I paid for! I'd like to see the judge laugh at you!
