recently in Spokane from Seattle and stopped in to this Starbucks. The drinks were very good as usual, but the greeting and ambiance from the 2 female employees were strained and borderline fake. Obviosly recited from a script and bad vibrations from one possibly manager. Someone needs a brush up on public relations.
