Although the environment was very relaxing and inviting, it was not the experience I was hoping for. It seemed as though there were 2 other people booked at the same time as my appointment, and they had 1 employee taking care of everything, phone, clients etc...I'm not sure if this is a usual habit, but it wasn't what I was expecting after spending the amount of money I had on laser treatments. I am what you would call an educated consumer and have had many laser treatments done in numerous places. It was a little less professional than what I'm used to and therefore, I will not return.
