We went in to get a racquet as a birthday gift. They were out of the item but promised to rush order it. That was almost two weeks ago(the birthday has passed a week ago= ( ) Numerous conversations with various employees, including the owner, seemed to accomplish nothing.The low price they offered has been overshadowed by very poor service. I will not shop there again and would advise you to go elsewhere as well.
