I had a mower ""repaired"" by this shop, only to learn after I got it back home that the repair had not been done! I returned the mower the following morning (since they were closed 20 minutes before their posted store hours) and was accused by the shop owner that I had re-damaged the mower. This is incredibly unethical. As a result, they lost a customer for life.
